Having more than ten years of entrepreneurial experience, Aaditya is an expert in identifying and solving complex business problems with incredible agility. Before starting Infra.Market, he was a serial entrepreneur in the construction sector for many years. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. Souvik Sengupta is the Co-Founder of Infra.Market, a con-tech solutions company that is transforming the construction ecosystem in India. Founded in 2016, Infra.Market is shifting gears of this highly traditional sector through technology, thereby emerging as one of the fastest-growing unicorns in India with best-in-class economics and profitability metrics.
Souvik shapes Infra.Market’s strategic vision and transformation agenda including mergers and acquisitions. He leads the overall company approach with a primary focus on maintaining the company’s financial strength. Under his visionary leadership, Infra.Market has grown multifold and now has global footprints. He is extremely humble in his approach, and keeps reiterating, “We’re still scratching the surface, and there’s a lot to achieve.”
A tech enthusiast with an unconventional approach, Souvik is determined in his mission to build a platform that is a one-stop-shop for every category of construction materials. Helping to tailor technology solutions, which is improving the efficiency of everything from elevator maintenance to complex portfolios, his ardent passion led him to launch a con-tech company with an aim to transform the largest ecosystem through technological innovation.
Additionally, Souvik is a board member of Equiphunt, a platform that aims to create India’s only fully integrated Equipment Solutions Platform. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Souvik is a Chartered Accountant and has worked with major infrastructure players in the past.
When he’s not pondering over meetings, he is enjoying a delicious spread of meals with his family. Besides work, he is a comic book enthusiast and has a collection of Calvin and Hobbes, Tintin, and Peanuts series amongst others. He is also an ardent reader and P. G Wodehouse is his favorite authors of all time.

Dinesh Babbar is the National Category Head, Electricals at Infra.Market. He plays an integral role in steering the Electricals division in addition to the overall growth and development of the organization.
Dinesh contributes to corporate value development and simultaneously oversees the decision-making and the management supervision function of the organization. His extensive leadership experience across markets makes him eminent to future growth strategies. His keen interest in keeping abreast with tech innovations helps him drive contemporary advancements.
In his previous stint, Dinesh held integral roles at various firms including Stanley Black & Decker, Tyco Fire & Security, and Gunnebo India Limited. He has been successful in delivering noteworthy results while restructuring and driving change management with a new leadership team. He is also skilled in providing Human Resource leadership and has catalyzed the transformation of underperforming business units into top performers at Gunnebo.
Dinesh is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience and a degree in M. Tech from IIT Delhi and has studied Strategic Management from IIM Kashipur. Besides work, Dinesh is a table tennis enthusiast and loves competing with his friends in Hockey and Billiards. He is a travel junkie who prefers to read various genres and is an admirer of vintage music.

Dinesh is a passionate business leader known for his ability to envision and create successful outcomes in complex situations with a tenacious commitment to driving sales, profit, and market share growth. He carries rich expertise of about 25 years in P&L Management, Business Restructuring, and operations across diverse sectors. His enthusiasm for driving sales, profitability, and market share growth is what sets him apart.
With a strong grasp of the operations and functioning of the business, Dinesh has played a crucial role in restructuring the business for Minimax. Dinesh also contributed to transforming the underperforming venture into a profitable business by shifting the B2B model to channel sales for Forbes Technosys Limited. He has led strategic business initiatives pertaining to product and vendor development, internationally as well.
Dinesh is an alumnus of IIM-A and B.E. (Electrical) from M.B.M College of Engineering in Jodhpur. His keen interest in Football led him to play at a state level for Rajasthan and currently he is an active tennis enthusiast.

Niraj works closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the cost proficiencies and develop best-in-class supply chain methodologies to drive and support significant organizational growth. He is a broad-based subject matter expert with leadership abilities in devising & implementing innovative strategies. It has assured productivity goals and continued success in customer satisfaction along with key departments & strategic business units.
He carries 21+ years of experience in Project Planning, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management. He has held leadership positions at Raheja’s, Apeejay Surrendra, DB, and Soham Group. His acumen as a technocrat has been transforming projects into the most efficient and profitable. He has also headed the corporate strategy and business development function earlier and has been a key player in the inorganic growth of the SBU.
Niraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He is also a member of the Indian Institute of Materials Management. He has been actively involved with Rotaract Club during his college days and has also published articles in B2B Magazine related to the construction industry.

Pankaj Phadnis is the Business Head for Retail at Infra.Market. In this role, he is responsible for leading the organization’s retail operations and business strategies by delivering significant results, innovative services, and solutions.
Under his leadership, Infra.Market has explored new avenues and set remarkable benchmarks in retail sales and profitability. He has commercialized multiple innovative retail products and services that have been instrumental in driving business growth and expansion.
Bringing with himself over 30 years of experience, Pankaj has led and supported business models to define growth, revenue, and profit goals across sectors. He has brought innovative concepts and engineering expertise into roles at ACC Cement, Jaypee Cement, and Dalmia Group. He is an experienced leader with success in driving new business across geographies and maneuvering seamless new product launches.
Pankaj leads the business at a national level by developing offerings and capabilities that transform into resilient and sustainable models. He is in charge of the organization’s strategic direction and execution of new growth initiatives while innovating and elevating the customer experience. Additionally, he oversees operation standards and the deployment of various initiatives across markets. Ramesh is an industry veteran with over four decades of experience and knowledge of the functioning and operations of the steel industry. Additionally, he oversees the organization’s financing strategies, including operational structure and client relations activities.
Having a deep understanding of demand-supply dynamics of Steel & Metals sector, over the past years, Ramesh held leadership positions at Electrosteels, Jindal Steel & Power, Issar, amongst other establishments. Her people-first approach infused with dynamic thinking helps organizations lead diverse yet unique talent. Responsible for seamlessly steering expansion plans, she spearheads mergers and acquisitions from early due diligence through long-term integration. She leads the implementation of best practices, skilling initiatives and is prolific in designing, transforming, and revamping the HR life cycle thereby aligning it with business strategy and culture building.
Sheetal is an experienced leader, adept at driving change across diverse regions. Combining expertise in people management and executive leadership, she has held senior leadership positions in companies including Taj Hotels, Johnson and Johnson, and Edelweiss Group. Sheetal was a core contributor behind the rapid expansion of the Ginger group of hotels, entire employee lifecycle value chain, including manpower planning, performance consulting, and TAS selection and deployment.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has pursued a Master’s in Applied Psychology and Organization Behaviour followed by Research Methodology and Stats from TISS, Mumbai. Vikas AggarwalHead- M&A
Vikas Aggarwal is the Head of Strategy & Acquisition at Infra.Market. He has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction advisory services and has been advising businesses on their strategy and capital agendas to provide long-term value.
Vikas is an acquisition specialist with a demonstrated history of all aspects of the M&A transaction lifecycle from deal strategy to diligence to post-close value creation. He oversees the organization’s relationship with a large and critical portfolio with his team that has a client-centric approach, aligned with deep expertise and technology to deliver data-driven insights. Vikas has analytical skills, and wide experience in investment banking in domestic and cross-border M&A for a variety of public and privately-owned clients. As the project leader, he has coordinated with multi-disciplinary teams and developed expertise in financial, tax, commercial and legal expertise on deals.
Before his current role, Vikas was associated with Centrum India as a Director where he focused on providing growth and result-oriented services. He has also worked with Alpen Capital, Singhi Advisors and I-Flex Solutions Ltd. He has provided end-to-end deal support services to large corporates and has also worked with many financial investors and private equity (PE) funds, supporting them on their pre-deal evaluations. In the recent past, he has worked on large vendor-related diligence engagements, which have resulted in successful fundraising or business sale transactions.
Vikas has completed MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad and MS in Banking from ICFAI University.

He is responsible for both strategic and operational management in a complex and fast-moving B2B environment. Additionally, he inscribes the organization’s financial performance, assisting in leading business planning, and budgeting efforts for the overall development and growth.
With 20 plus years of exhaustive experience in leadership roles across various Banks, FinTech, and NBFCs, Pavan is a Corporate Banking professional with core expertise in Supply Chain Finance, Factoring and Digital Trade Finance. With a track record of developing and driving supply chain finance businesses and transforming digital business enterprises, he is skilled in dealing with the most complex functions and seamlessly contributes to the company’s intricate finances and day-to-day trade administration.
Financing agile supply chains, creating an “easy to use” digital finance platform-based experience with innovative business models, Pavan is also accountable for defining the overall organizational objectives into practical business strategies around Infra.Market’s payables as well as receivables. Pavan has served as an integral part of HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, L&T Finance and RBL Bank. In his last stint, he was the Founding Member and Chief Product Officer at Finovate Capital. His interest in design led him to pursue Interior Designing from LS Raheja Institute and he is a commerce graduate from MMK College, Mumbai.
Pavan is a subject matter expert on Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Financing & Financial Technology. Apart from making the most intricate subjects a cinch for everyone around him, Pavan loves spending time with his family and delights playing Djembe, an African goblet-shaped drum.
