Belonging from the rustic and quaint town of Mokama, Bihar, my aspirations stretched far beyond the rural confines of my upbringing. Despite the safety concerns and lack of basic amenities, I pursued my dreams with determination.
Transitioning to Pune for further education was a bold leap, and in 2011, a marriage proposal took me to Mumbai. There, I embraced the fast-paced world of a prominent multinational company, where my hard work quickly earned me respect and responsibility. The move to Delhi NCR in 2013, due to my husband's job transfer, further tested my adaptability, but I met each challenge head-on. In 2016, I made a conscious choice to step away from work to fully embrace the joys of motherhood. This period was a profound experience, prioritizing my child's first steps and milestones over professional commitments. It was a time of uncompromising joy and contentment.
I bounced back within a year, skillfully balancing the demands of both personal and professional life. In May 2022, I joined Infra.Market, where I embraced a new and significantly different role. My journey with Infra.Market has been marked by exceptional growth and fulfillment, thanks to the trust and guidance of my mentors.
Each day since childhood has been a tapestry of experiences, where I have adeptly navigated the complexities of juggling multiple roles. Reflecting on my journey, I see a path of continuous growth, recognition, and gratification. My secret to success lies in my unwavering commitment to ethical and empathetic values, which remain at the core of everything I do.
