Growing up in the lively, ever-bustling city of Mumbai, my disability never held back my dreams or aspirations. With my family's constant support, I never felt isolated or disheartened.

After finishing high school in 2018, I enrolled in a prestigious college for higher studies, only to face challenges due to the absence of sign language support. It was then that I discovered TEACH (Training and Educational Centre for Hearing Impaired), a place dedicated to providing college education for students like me, with hearing and speech disabilities. Without hesitation, I embraced this opportunity and proudly earned my B.Com in 2022.

Shortly after, I secured an internship at Infra.Market, where I immediately felt a strong sense of inclusivity. My team welcomed me as an equal, offering guidance through new tasks in a cheerful and collaborative environment. Additionally, I learned that special sessions were arranged for my colleagues and seniors to better understand my communication style.

This fueled my passion and motivated me to pour my heart into every project, and that dedication clearly paid off. A year later, I was offered a full-time position at Infra.Market—a moment of immense pride. The day of my felicitation was unforgettable, with family and friends gathered to celebrate. A boy who once couldn't speak had now become the talk of the town, quite literally! My mother, overwhelmed with emotion, was deeply moved by the organization's unwavering support and filled with joy at how far I had come.

I have learned that disability is not an inability, it is simply a mindset that limits us. Embrace your potential, and don't let anything stand in your way!

"The only limits in life are the ones you make."
