Sangeeta Mantale
It all began with a dream, the dream of owning my home in Mumbai. It's a dream that resonates with so many of us, a beacon of hope amid the chaos of city life. For me, that moment when I finally purchased a home was nothing short of a dramatic triumph. I felt like I was at the top of the world. In a household where every penny is saved and invested, whole life savings are contributed to build a home, here I was, already there. My memory down the lane is bittersweet, as was the struggle to reach here as a Senior Executive – Accounts for the Accounts Payable Department.
Earlier my stint at a CA firm had left me yearning for growth opportunities. But at Infra.Market, I got a robust platform to flourish, particularly following my transition to the Accounts Payable department. As I approach five years of service with the company, I reflect on the profound impact it has had on my personal and professional growth.
Initially, it was my mother who instilled in me the belief that I could achieve anything I set my mind to. Her sacrifice and unwavering support paved the way for my dreams. Later, it was mentors like Swati and Aarti Ma’am at Infra.Market who continued to guide and inspire me along my journey. Their encouragement helped shape me into the professional I am today. This is what illustrates the power of women empowering women, creating a supportive environment where each one can thrive and succeed.
As I eagerly await future opportunities, both personally and professionally, I remain committed to continuous learning and growth. More than content with my progress, I am excited to know what my future holds.
