Embarking on my journey in the material building industry in 1999, initially drawn in through government liaison work in West Bengal, I seized the opportunity that would shape the next 24 years of my career. My initiation into the industry through a successful construction project set the stage in this industry, and a pivotal moment came when my manager recognized my ability to connect with people swiftly, prompting a transition to channel-related sales.

Navigating this industry, I honed my sales skills and forged vital connections with key figures, pivotal for my role as an accounts manager. Transitioning to the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) sector in 2008 with RDC Concrete in Kolkata, I spearheaded acquiring key accounts and nurturing a strong client base. This journey led me to Infra.Market in April 2020, where my experiences in metro cities like Hyderabad and Chennai fueled personal growth and unlocked new opportunities. Joining at the inception of Infra.Market's RMC division, I played a crucial role in establishing the dealer and client network during the company's transition from trading.

Within a year, we inaugurated our first RMC plant in Bangalore, propelling our manufacturing business to new heights. I sourced significant clients and contractors, witnessing our startup transform into a thriving brand. From a single RMC plant, we now boast 17 more in Bengaluru alone. The dedication and hard work of our team have led to handling an impressive monthly volume of around 90,000 cubic meters, showcasing the power of a collective vision pursued with passion.

Reflecting on this remarkable journey fills me with pride and amazement. My dedication to continuous improvement has been a driving force, and our recent second-time recognition with the Great Place to Work award only reinforces the commitment we bring to our work each day.
