CSR Committee Composition

Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”).

Pursuant to section 135 of the Act read along with the rules framed thereunder and based on the Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year 2021-2022, the spending obligation of the Company under CSR activities is more than INR 50,00,000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) and hence the Company has constituted a CSR committee consisting of the following initial members:
