We address three key aspects of skill development, financial literacy & inclusion, along with our partner experts:
Skilling: Providing training programs and workshops to offer training modules that cover various aspects of construction, including technical skills, safety protocols, and best practices. The motive is to enhance the skills of construction workers for them to perform their tasks more efficiently and ensure quality workmanship.
Upskilling: Designed to further develop the existing skill sets of construction workers by identifying areas in specific construction techniques, advanced machinery operation, or project management amongst others. This enables them to take on higher-level responsibilities and enhance their career prospects within the industry.
Financial literacy: Tailored to the needs of construction workers, these workshops cover topics such as budgeting, saving, investment options, and understanding financial instruments. The aim is to empower them with knowledge of smart money management, ensuring a secure future for themselves and their families.
